Both, fully. One click switches every screen between Arabic, right to left, and English. Saved reports can be printed in either language, and term comments can be written in either, whatever the app is set to.

Yes. Copy one column of marks in Excel and paste it into the mark grid; it fills down from the student you pick, and blank lines keep everyone in the right row.

Yes, from a CSV file, which Excel can save. Muraqib reads English or Arabic column headers and gives you a template. Excel files (.xlsx) have to be saved as CSV first.

Muraqib copies your records automatically each time it starts and keeps a daily copy for two weeks. You can also back up whenever you like, save a copy to a USB stick, or export everything to one file.

Export everything on the old computer, install Muraqib on the new one and restore that file. If you have Pro, remove the key on the old computer and add it on the new one.

No. Muraqib is for your own use. The installer offers to install it just for you, which normally needs no administrator rights. School-managed computers can have their own rules, so check with your IT team if the installer is blocked.

No, it doesn't connect to any school system. It can copy an assessment's marks as one column to paste into the ministry site, and give your head of department an Excel file.

Muraqib is not yet registered with Microsoft or Apple through a paid signing certificate, so the first launch shows the system's standard warning about an unknown publisher. The download page shows exactly what to click. It appears the first time only.

Muraqib is free to start and has no time limit. Muraqib Pro adds comment drafts for every student and five saved report types, for AED 49.99 a month or AED 149.99 billed once a year. Pro comes as a key you add in Settings, and one key works on 2 computers. An annual key runs to 31 August, and bought from March it also covers the next school year.
